Location: Tarpon Springs High School: 1411 Gulf Rd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
Show Duration: Approximately 1–1.5 hours
Showtime: 6:30 PM
Arrival & Check-In
• Doors open at 5:45 PM
• Dancers arrive 5:45–6:00 PM, fully dressed with hair & makeup complete
• Check-in at the white Conservatory for the Arts building
• Dancers will be escorted backstage and remain there until dismissal
*Small labeled bags are allowed (shoes, snack, water, touch-ups). Please label all items.
Dismissal
Dancers will be dismissed by class from the stage after the final bow. One parent may meet their dancer at the stage when the class is called. Families may take photos in the lobby afterward.
Please note: There will be no regular classes December 15–20. Only Winter Fest performances will take place that week.
After the show, stop by our themed photo backdrops in the lobby for family photos!
🎟️ Tickets
Our Winter Fest tickets are available for purchase online starting November 17th at 9:30am. Tickets are $10 each plus tax/service fees. Tickets will be available for purchase online only to ensure reserved seating and theater capacity limits.
Tickets are non refundable and purchased through a third party service. Please make sure to purchase the correct amount of tickets you will need. We do not sell tickets at the studio. The link will remain live until show time. We will have a QR code to the direct link to purchasing in the studio lobby and on site at Winter Fest for easy access. You will need to show your proof of tickets/purchase on your mobile device or print copy at the venue upon entering the theater. Seats are assigned when purchasing tickets online. If you have any issues you must contact DRT directly via their customer service at 706-550-1416.
***Please remember children ages 3+ will need a ticket. Children ages 2 and under can sit on laps.

Attire & Performance Info

Hair: Neatly pulled back (buns required for Ballet classes)
Makeup: Light stage makeup recommended
