Originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, Avery Andreson grew up training in a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, tap, and musical theatre. Her passion for dance led her to pursue a Dance Minor at the University of Tampa, where she was a dedicated member and captain of the Spartan Scarlet dance team.

 

Throughout her four years at UT, Avery was actively involved in the university's dance showcases, choreographed for the annual Greek variety show, and performed on the national stage each spring as part of the competition team. These experiences allowed her to deepen both her creative voice and leadership abilities.

 

Avery’s professional experience includes performing as a dancer in multiple live shows at Busch Gardens. With a background in both competitive and commercial dance, she focuses on technique, musicality, and performance quality encouraging dancers to grow as both artists and athletes.

 

Now based in the Tampa Bay area, Avery continues to teach and choreograph for studios throughout the region. She’s dedicated to helping dancers grow in both technique and confidence on and off the stage.
